Burger King - Sarasota

Ran in bk for a quick eating for my family and they ended up forgetting on the half of my order. I didn't know until I came home. I came back and without hesitation they took care of it and apologized. just how service should be! keep the great work clark rd!

Of all the Burger kings I go to where I struggle with orders being made incorrectly and poor attitude from staff This location always does a good job. Sean always seems to be the person at the window when I come in and hes always very friendly, kind and polite. My order is always correct and food is fresh. Thank you!

Since the whole COVID-19 thing started, I don't go into too many restaurants. But, this is the first fast food restaurant I've been in since the start of the pandemic. The staff was friendly, the inside of this particular location was very clean, and everything tasted great. I don't get out much, so when I do and I'm able to travel to places like this, I'm not only pleasantly surprised, but I'm truly happy to come back. And, I do, in fact plan to come back and get something good to eat.

Each employee at this location in burger king is friendly and obligated to fast and accurate customer service. I literally go well out of my way to maintain this facility just because I know with trust that the process will be efficient and my order will be accurate. if it really is her lucky day, they will be served by sean, which is very fast, very personal and attentive to every detail of her order. it is rare to find such a powerful crew in a fast food restaurant, so I would encourage everyone in sarasota to stop whenever they feel the need, “have it on their way!”

Good, bad customer service. the young man who waited for us neither greeted us nor looked at us and literally gave us a bag of eating while he stood opposite us and spoke with a worker. I understand how hard it is to get and keep good employees, but come on, old man.
