Probably one of the better Cuban Sandwiches I've had outside of Ybor. It's great and a shame it was empty for weekday lunch. Music was cranking, it's odd inside but fun. Probably a fun spot to grab a drink with friends even. View all feedback.
What Barbara Knorr doesn't like about Antojitos Cuban Cuisine:
Worst Cuban food ever!!! Ordered Bistec de Palomilla-medium rare, tostones, black beans and rice 'to go ! Got it home and it was well done, little beans that were soupy and there wasn 't any rice...Expensive as well! Save the disappointment... View all feedback.
Been coming here for two years now. Terrific food, absolutely wonderful. Before the remodel, the layout was disjointed, sandwiches desserts at one counter checkout, main dishes at another checkout. If you wanted something from both, you paid twice. Screwy. Now, a tremendous visual organizational upgrade. Smaller tables at which someone takes your order instead of the old counter style ordering. Actual miss that part, seeing the big trays of tastiness, trying todecide. Now it's with a menu. A menu that includes pizza several other decidedly non-Cuban offerings. Why? But the big difference, and the reason one of my favorite restaurants is only 4 stars not on my go-to list anymore, PRICE! ACuban sandwich used to be $9, now its $13. Everything else went up markedly and the amount you get for the higher price is noticeably less. Pay more, get less. From an every other week place to a few times a year place. There are otherCuban restaurants in town, maybe not quite as good, but at half the price they have my business now. Sorry, folks, you screwed the pooch.
Drinks were great and food was delicious. We stopped by during mother?s day and the live music was amazing. If you are in Sarasota try this cuban restaurant, you are going to love it! Staff was very attentive and friendly.
Loved it! The food was amazing! We had the cuban cravings appetizer which included croquetas, yuca frita, sándwich cubano, papá rellena. El cortadito was amazing as well!. Compliments to the chef!!!. Service was amazing, waiter was very professional! Will definitely return when back in town!

A hidden gem of a restaurant with stylish decor. We loved the amazingly fresh and flavorful octopus carpaccio. Fresh fish ceviche was terrific too. We also really enjoyed the fantastic cubano sandwich.Parking: AmpleKid-friendliness: Kids menu, friendly atmosphere
