Panera Bread - Feedback

What Ric Aldrich doesn't like about Panera Bread:
I stopped going to this restaurant because they don't understand the concept of not slicing my bagels. The bagels they serve are more like bread donuts than traditional bagels, and now they taste like wonder bread. It's a disappointment, especially in Sarasota where you used to be able to get a good bagel at Einstein's.
