this place only looks good from the outside. Restaurants with a lot of tasty eating, nice service and better prices are easy to find near and so I do not recommend it. View all feedback.
This place deserves a lot more reviews. Food quality is the best I had during my visit to Ksamil. And the staff are so friendly and helpful.
Stay away from this good-looking restaurant that hides mediocre food, ridiculous portions, eternal waiting times and service worse than that of suburban dives. As soon as we sat down we were informed by a clumsy waitress that they did not accept card payment. Nice welcome. At which, having decided to leave, he told us that we could, but only by getting up and going to the cashier because they accept few card payments and don't want other customers to see. We all know what it means to receive payment only in money. But let's get to dinner. We asked for an octopus carpaccio (1600 LEK), a mixed grill (2800 LEK, on the menu it said 700 grams of fish) and some wine. After 20 minutes they brought us a miserable plate of octopus and OLD bread. The wine arrived later and was undrinkable. Acidic and from many years ago, it was practically liqueur-like. After more than an hour of waiting we were brought the 700 grams of mixed grill (I repeat 2800 LEK) which included: 4 prawns, a cuttlefish cut into small pieces, and I think 2 tiny octopus tentacles also cut into pieces. When I pointed out that the dish was not in keeping with the selling price but ESPECIALLY what was written on the menu (700 GRAMS), the waiter replied that in Italy I pay more for this dish. That was the portion and I had to accept it. My dear opinionated, arrogant and unprofessional waiter, since you have been in the world of food for a few weeks I will explain a couple of things: 1) the selling price is local and has nothing to do with how much a person pays it where they live; 2) in Italy with 2800 LEK I eat much richer grilled fish in quality and quantity. Go for a tour of Italy and broaden your horizons.; 3) I can even pay 80,000 LEK for a mixed grill if it's worth it but it's not CORRECT TO WRITE 700 GRAMS IN THE MENU AND THEN BRING PORTIONS TO THE TABLE WHICH ARE 300 GRAMS IF IT'S OK. I left paying for what I had consumed and receiving insults referring to my being Italian from those who, thanks to Italian tourism, have made a lot of money this year by only accepting cash payments. I add that during the evening other tables were dissatisfied and gave back plates. You still have a long way to go.
