Hookah was his greatest passion and it showed. 1500 lek for a world-class hookah should give you a good picture of the price, that would equate to about 12 euros. I strongly recommend you pay it a visit.

The owner and the staff are very courteous and friendly, the cocktails are strong and well mixed. The view is unpaid. Very recommended!
