The owners are very nice and respectful. However, the young woman working the counter with black hair is quite rude. We order from there at least three times a week, and she often forgets to include the sauces, insisting that we pay for them again. She speaks to customers in a very disrespectful manner, but I can't say I'm surprised, given her demeanor. As someone who works in customer service, I would never treat our customers the way she does. There are better restaurants I would prefer to support that offer superior food. A coworker of mine ordered from there and, after returning home to Sugar Bush, discovered she received garlic knots instead of wings. When she called to resolve the issue, they insisted there was no order for chicken wings. Overall, the customer service there is subpar, and it's not worth the hassle. It's the unprofessional staff they hire that gives the place a negative reputation.

This restaurant offers good New York-style pizza for this area, and the prices are reasonable. The sauce could use a little more flavor, as it tastes slightly bland. The deli meat sandwiches had a little less meat than I would have liked, but they were still satisfactory. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone passing through.

Cheese pizza slices looked good but were bland and slightly undercooked. The sauce is not flavorful and tastes like it is just pureed tomatoes without herbs, garlic, or onion. The cheese was equally bland and underwhelming. More time in the oven wouldhave helped the crust and caramelized some of the cheese but the sauce recipe needs to be changed.

Wow! What an amazing pizza! We enjoyed it so much. It’s always surprising to find a really good pizza when you can get it just about anywhere in NYC or Long Island. This one was fantastic! The crust was made to absolute perfection, and the sauce and cheese were perfectly balanced as well. I would have loved to take a pie or two home, but we had no place to store it. This is definitely a must-try in Saranac, NY!!!!
