Lovac - Sarajevo

Lovac is a beautiful romantic restaurant with a courtyard. The Bey's soup is better than some of the others I tried on this trip, but what was really excellent was the veal roasted under a steel dome. Each cut of the calfs had some moist, decaying meat, and wonderful on the same piece, some crispy, juicy crust. The calf was served with potatoes roasted in fat and turned them into hearty pieces of Karb sky. I was too full of dessert, but the dessert menu looks more extensive than normal Sarajevo Bosnian restaurants.

The food is so delicious. I recommend deer with wild fruit jam and calf under the opera bell or chicken with grilled vegetables s good. For dessert pear with hot chocolate.

We ended up in this restaurant by chance as it is right next to where we were sleeping. It looks expensive but it really isn't, the soup was 3€ the food was very good and the staff nice. There was a band playing some local traditional music outside on the terrace.

Atmosphere: 5 The food served, compared to the cost: 5 The waiters: 3 The atmosphere is one of the best In Sarjevo. This one, outside, and Dunja, inside. Meilleur! They have real and smoked cheese. Few other places in Sarajevo give that kind of stuff for that nice price.
