Terrible food, oversalted. Risotto with chicken and mushrooms is the same porridge cooked in mushroom soup. Tortilla with chicken ingredients and what is said and what is not. Pizza dry, thick. I have ordered before and never had any problems with delivery or food (the pizzas are otherwise excellent), but tonight I ordered at 11:17 pm and the worker told me that I would have to wait a bit because the delivery man had just left to deliver to other addresses. to which I replied that there was no problem and that I would wait. At 12:25 a.m. I call to check if the delivery has started and the call is disconnected... At 12:27 a.m. I send an SMS to see if the order has started, I receive a reply at 12:36 a.m. that the order cannot be delivered... I see that the restaurant is open until 12:30 a.m. and it's not a problem that the order couldn't arrive (I understand that there can be complications), but the problem is that it was never reported that there was a complication or something. If it had been announced on time or immediately when I ordered that it could not be delivered, I would have tried to find somewhere else, and not wait for an order that will not arrive. I don't want to give a low review because the restaurant is otherwise really regular in every respect, but this was a bit unprofessional and I wouldn't want something similar to happen to another customer in the future. I repeat that I had excellent experiences with the restaurant and always delicious food.
