This place was flippen amazing. Me and my wife both had ramen, one miso and one salt ramen, and a side of “chicken nuggets” made from soy. The textures and flavours were seriously amazing, with the right amount of bite and a good balance of flavour with some welcome surprises, like the Japanese ginger in the miso ramen. I have no idea how this place has so many amazing reviews. It was awful. Everything is fried and there is little ventilation so it’s hard to breathe in this place. The service is slow but busy so that can’t be helped. Now to the really bad part… The soy meat could not have been worse. It’s like eating fatty pork meat without any actual meat, just fat!
