sapporo is a hard city for vegetarian and vegan, so it was very stumbling on this place, as the happy Cow-listed sushi place throughout the hall seems to have lasting 2 hours lines. everything we ordered here was nicely prepared and cheap. the yuba sashimi and tofu was super fresh and traditional I am made in the house. none of the ordered items had surprise meat or fish hiding inside, which is a common experience in...
