This bakery is located in the Odori underground station, inside the Mitsukoshi shopping house next to the entrance to the Pole Town/Susukino station underground walking path. It is situated in the far corner of the department store. Allergens are listed in Japanese. I recommend visiting early in the day for the best selection, as options were limited when I visited in the late afternoon. View all feedback.

The restaurant offers a variety of vegan options such as pure bagel, blueberry bagel, walnut cinnamon bread, and most of the plain bread rolls/baguettes. The food is very tasty and the restaurant is located in the food court of a trendy department store.
The blueberry bagel was deliciously subtle, the regular bagel was soft and chewy, and the bread rolls were super fresh. While the vegan selection was not extensive, I appreciated the options that were available.
