What Lars Wakefield doesn't like about Eternal Wines Drink Washington State:
We tasted wine here. It's a very small intimate place we tried 2 of their flights of wines ? the server was very polite and accommodating. He was also drinking every wine that we tried. He claimed that he was just making sure that the wine was still good. This was the first time that I noticed that they didn't open the bottle, but used a needle type of device to remove the wine by injecting nitrogen into the bottle.... View all feedback.

The wines were okay, but a lot dryer than I liked.

The owner/winemaker is very passionate about his craft and is doing deep dives into the science of winemaking and producing some great wines that are out of the norm. In addition to the 'usual ' offerings, he also is making fortified wines in the style of Port from Syrah grapes (it 's really tasty too). The winery has a relationship with a nearby brewery that is making brandy from this wine which ends up back in the fortified wine. Check this place out and add it to your visit list.
The team here was so friendly and easy to talk to. It really felt like we had made new friends after our visit. The owner is passionate about wine and passed on that passion for skin contact wine with us something I had never tried before and now I'm hooked.
What a treat!! Tyler took the time to share both his knowledge and his wines with us. The tasting room is nestled right in with the barrels aging previous year's vintage. Tyler shared not only his great wines (Try the Eternal Darkness Syrah...... soooooooo good) but also ensured they were served at the optimum temp while legitimately decanting the reds. This was a nice little jewel to find and I would suggest visiting to anyone who wants to not only taste great wine but also learn from a enthusiastic and talented winemaker.
Strong up and comer in the incubator. I particularly appreciated that they had a variety of whites which is highly uncommon for the region. This winery is part of the kickstand tour.
