Not arrived! I placed my order at 19:48, now it is 22:07 and it still has not arrived! I have given up waiting!

I ordered tapioca with rennet cheese, they ordered mozzarella without warning. They sent another one, but in fact it didn't solve the problem.
It is the second time that I order the snack and the second time that I cannot eat. It is not a mayonnaise that is included in the snack as contained in the ingredients, any other type of white cream.
