I really liked the food. I had never tried food from the Amazon. I recommend the tacacá, shrimp and pirarucu bao and the green leaf salad. I didn't really like the goat cheese. One of the best restaurants in São Paulo in my opinion. We went for dinner, we ordered the saúva ant in foam with cassava (R$ 28) and shrimp baos (R$ 34) as a starter. I had never tried sauva ants, so I found it a very interesting experience, the ant is fed with mint, so it had a refreshing mint taste. The cassava foam looked like a puree, I think it's really cool to order at least once to try it. The shrimp baos were very tasty. To drink we ordered an orange tea with cumaru (R$ 14) which I loved and a lemon and pepper tea (R$ 14) which my husband really likes, I preferred the orange one but they are both very good. For the main course we ordered the grilled tambaqui band (R$ 239) which is huge and comes with a side of grain farofa, creamy baião de Dois, vinaigrette and another side dish with plantain which was very good. This tambaqui band is huge, very tasty, excellent. As there were 2 of us and we had already ordered the starters, we ended up taking some back home. I think it would even serve 3 people. But my husband commented that he had been there other times with a friend and they ate everything. So it will depend on your hunger. For dessert we ordered the cupuaçu with brigadeiro (R$34) which was really good! I love the combination of cupuaçu and chocolate. The service was good too, the waiters were very friendly and helpful. The waiter who took our order could have explained the dishes a little better. As my husband already knew the restaurant, it wasn't a problem for me, but perhaps if it was a person meeting for the first time it would be nice to know about the dish or receive some recommendation. In total, our bill came to around R$400 for two people. I think it's a restaurant that's really worth visiting! As a native of Manaus, I can say that the menu really presents typical foods. They are very well made, including the tacacá and the fish. I felt that the waiters lacked more knowledge about the food, but in general they served well. I asked one if the Matrinxã we ordered was 'ticado ' and it was clear he had never heard that word. Despite this, the Matrinxã baked in banana leaves was delicious.
