The restaurant located in the historic old quarter in a renovated building that was once the telephone exchange has great ambiance. The facility serves as a culinary school and the carefully monitored service and cooking are impeccable. Unfortunately it is only open from Tuesday to Sunday. The buffet menu rotates daily each week. English is spoken by some of the staff and live piano music can accompany lunch. This is a not to be missed experience.
It is too bad this place is not open for dinner! Buffet lunch is good and atmosphere with piano player very nice.
I was in awe the moment I walked in. Clean, beautiful and the staff is courteous, friendly and very professional. A wonderful experience and hats off for the amazing job the students and supervisors are doing! I’m so glad I went there just by chance.
Hat off for this restaurant teaching to students how to cook and serve the food with elegance. The result is there and you will enjoy great food and the service is full of attention thanks to the instructors. The buffet style offers you a great...arrow of dishes. I wish a great future to all the students.
