What User doesn't like about Rushi Shu Rú Shì Shū:
Despite the pleasant decoration and music of the restaurant, the bad service was a major distraction. During my time there, I had to repeatedly go to the counter to ask for water, refills, and napkins as the waiters were not attentive. The menu was only in Chinese, which made the experience even more difficult for me. Additionally, the dishes were served extremely hot and took a long time to arrive at my table. It se... Restaurant is very nice and cozy, staff is also very polite and friendly. Food is great! Their fuzhu 腐竹 was so delicious, so we ate it every time there. Order their mushroom dumplings, yummy. Pan fried noodles is the best I’ve ever tried! Also they have burger with soy meat, but it was served together with diary cheese, so check it if you’re vegan.
The restaurant space feels tranquil, nicely decorated with a calming atmosphere. All the dishes I tried were delicious (I ordered plenty and took the leftovers home “da bao” . There are plenty of hot and cold dishes as well as freshly squeezed juices. Everything was freshly prepared and cooked with just the right amount of flavour, nothing too heavy or overly seasoned. I had to scan a code at the table to order through their wechat miniprogram which was quick an easy, although I had to translate some of the dishes. I went to the a-la-carte restaurant on F3, but there is also a hot-pot restaurant on F2. Updated from previous review on 2021-01-04
This restaurant is very beautiful and offers a wide range of dishes. The menu is in Chinese, but you can easily translate it using Alipay. Despite some complaints about the prices, I found that the portion sizes were generous and the prices were reasonable. Out of the 14 dishes I tried, about 5 were excellent, while the rest were just average. Overall, I would rate this place around 3.7 stars - good, but not exceptional. The service can be slow, but the staff are friendly. It is worth a visit, especially if you are lucky enough to try some of their standout dishes. I have visited this restaurant multiple times and have heard that it is considered the best vegetarian option in Sanya.
While the prices may be higher than average, this restaurant offers a great experience, especially in China where vegan and vegetarian options are scarce. The atmosphere is delightful and the staff are welcoming and attentive. It would be beneficial to have an English menu as the pictures can be deceiving at times.
The restaurant has a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere with delicious dishes, some of which are quite spicy. The service is attentive, but English is not spoken.
