Nice sushi and salads. Very vegan options on the map. Too bad there won't be a vegan counterfeit or they would've gotten at least four stars. Personally very kind and also know what a vegan does and doesn't eat.
Kuu has lots of delicious vegan options however after ordering the vegan yasai bowl i ate what I thought at first was tofu only to discover it was cubed egg throughout. Their understanding of vegan is limited, and unfortunately poses a risk to those especially with anaphylactic allergies.
Japanese fine dining feel, quite a few vegetarian and vegan options on the menu. The tofu agedashi is delicious, the eggplant miso and mushroom skewers pretty good too. Would go back and try more things
Amazing vegan izakaya. Everything was very tasty. Miso eggplant was the best! Go there if you want to spoil yourself.
Many vegan options although it’s made for omnis. We had many different plates which are all fair priced, like agadeshi tofu, vegan rolls, mushroom skewer, salads, very tasty veg tempuras and so on… they do not have those very creative fancy „veg mayo crispy something rolls“, so we stayed a bit more on the small dish site to share all the other items. However, definitely would come back and highly recommend. If you are a guest of the hotel you get 20% discount on all food. Updated from previous review on 2022-10-12
