More like crappydogs. Our famished group arrived at 9pm, hoping to get fast service and decent food. We did not get our orders until 11pm. Coming from America, I’ve grown accustomed to the fast service of not just fast food but restaurants. It was only after my experience at rappidogs did I realize how lucky we are. There is no concept of cooking in bulk, designated French fryers, or any semblance of an efficient kitchen. One of the cooks just has to zoom out to realize “oh, we probably should fry a huge batch of chicken nuggets and not just fry 4 nuggets to order each time”. Rappidog corporate needs to watch The Founder or read Henry Ford’s manufacturing manifesto. Or play just a couple games of Overcooked 2. My friend Omar ordered a hotdog, or so he thought. His Colombian hotdog was fused to the cardboard casing meant to protect the sausage. As he scooped what seemed like a blended hot dog into his mouth, my other friend Rafa and I could only watch in disgust. In addition, the flavor was extremely lacking. It’s ironic that one of the largest salt mines in the world is in Colombia, but they haven’t figured out that you can use it to flavor food. If there are any restaurateurs interested in making a change, please come to Colombia and introduce them to seasoning and kitchen management. Also screw those rappi drivers. They just flirt with the cashiers by saying “princesa” or “mi amor” and cut the queue.

So if you're hungry and don't want to go out and are within home domain coverage this would be a good place to order home. The mall has other restaurants but they close early. The attention is good. It has free parking service and bathrooms. It is a franchise, so everything they sell is a standard flavor for them, for that reason, if you like their preparations, they already know them in seasoning.
