Wow! This is the real shawarma. I tried pita sandwiches, one chicken and one beef. The slow-cooked flavor of both was excellent. If there was fat on the beef, it was trimmed off before cooking. The sauce and vegetables were delicious. I will be ordering my sandwiches to go since the open-air grill makes the restaurant hot and there is only a small balcony for eating outside.
