We were driving back to Alicante from Murcia and decided to stop at Restaurante Carlos in Santomera. What a good decision! Superior home-style cooking. Best arroz con leche we've tried. Next time we go to Ikea we'll skip the nasty meatballs and stop at Carlos again.

Guided by trip advisor on the smartphone we visited Restaurante Carlos and had 3 course lunch with dishes suggested by the owner as we have very little Spanish and they didn't disappoint. Authentic and tasty food in a nice environment, what more can you ask for? Well done Restaurante Carlos! Muy Bueno!!
