I stopped by this restaurant during a road trip, and a few hours later, I experienced severe vomiting and diarrhea.
I visit this restaurant at least once a month primarily because it's the closest option to my home. However, I've been disappointed with my recent experiences. When I place orders through the app and request extra toppings or extra meat, they are consistently missing from my sandwiches. While it wouldn’t be an issue if it were complimentary, each sandwich costs an extra $3 for these additions, and we usually order four. I raised my concerns just yesterday, and the staff member informed me that she couldn't help but would have the manager call me back. It’s now 3 PM, and I still haven’t heard anything. It's frustrating that this happens every time I order! Additionally, trying to call the restaurant is a hassle since three locations share one phone line. What is going on with that?
I went into Subway with two of my friends to order a Footlong Subway Club and they had no meat for it. How the hell do you not have meat for your subs? Like jesus you had one job. Worst Subway ever will not be going back.
