Everything was perfect. 14oz ribeye for dinner was perfect.

We travel all over the world we know when the meat is good quality. The meat is grass-fed, dry-aged, and organic, you don't need heavy seasoning. We have been to other restaurants in DR and notice they pile on the oregano and other spices. The meat at Naca'n is clean and simple, salt and pepper, that is it. The price value was right on point, you go to NY and Chicago and you pay the same prices. This meat is imported from Chicago (Allen Brothers) per description of restaurant. Anyone that knows about good food will appreciate this place. We base reviews on food, ambiance, and service and this place is definitely a 10. The service is very welcoming but not too all over you. We will come back and try other dishes.
