When I visited it wasn't crowded but I know at noon you have to wait for a place to sit. The food was good, my favorite plate is black pepper steak (always with plain rice). I have to try some others plates to give a better review but this place when is not crowded is a place to visit with company. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Jade Naco:
Came at 11:40 was denied seating by a staff named darlin I have added a picture of said staff to be reviewed. I was plenty within the closing time. I was only allowed to place a takeaway order. I do not recommend the customer service here. Better go to another jade restaurant. View all feedback.

We have eaten here twice and the food and the service is terrible. It is nothing like their Santiago location. The staff lacks any sort of personality and doesn't even come back to the table to check to see if you need anything, the food takes a long time to come to the table, and some of the dishes are just horrible. The only thing that's worth eating there is the shrimp toast and the egg rolls. I have been to other Chinese restaurants here in Santo Domingo that are far more superior. I definitely would not return here. I would also recommend that when your waitress drops shrimp on the table that she doesn't just walk away but actually offer to replace what she dropped on the table to the customers plate. Your waitress just left it lying there and my husband was quite upset because there was barely any shrimp on the plate to begin with and then some shrimp just left lying on a dirty table. Also, a message to the restaurant: I see that when you have a negative comment you state that you're taking the necessary measures to improve things yet nothing has improved and people have the same complaints so clearly you're not doing anything to correct the situation. There is a lot of competition here in Santo Domingo and if you want to remain even remotely competitive I suggest that you improve the quality of your food and hire new staff because the people that you have working there are terrible. 5 minutes away from your location is a very delicious Asian restaurant with far superior food and service.
This is probably the closest to US Chinese food you can find, but quite frankly the food is NOT good. For starters we had the dumplings and the wontons and they were ok (there’s better options locally for that). For dinner we had the general tso and the chicken lo mean and the cho fan mixto. All the meat tasted old, hard, reheated, and just difficult to eat. The place was pretty empty for a Saturday night and after tasting the food I could tell why. The service was ok. We waited long times for him to come by or ask us if we needed anything, but when he did come by, he helped.
Their waiters tonight literally had the worst vibe I have experienced at any restaurant. The waiter acted like he didn't want to serve us and he had nasty look on his face anytime we asked him a question about the menu. My friend's food was dry and mine had a nasty after taste to it. The only reason we stayed was because we didn't want to search for another restaurant and get another uber there.
Great prices and great food, lovely atmosphere as well.
