Beautiful hotel !!!! I cannot wait to go back. The pool area is fun and the Piña Colada is sooo delicious . Only thing I do have to mention is the hair salon . The ladies are very sweet but when they know you’re a foreigner they will charge you double the price.

Great taste of decor and luxury. The tub in the suite was amazing, as well as the glass rooms for the showers. Water temperature and pressure were perfect. The sheets were fluffy and comfy. All around a great stay with beautiful views. The amenities on the 3rd floor are amazing, with the infinity pool being the cherry on top.

Modern luxury hotel with friendly staff. We stayed on a high floor and the view was amazing. The room was spacious, the bathroom was amazing, nothing to say. We tried the in-room dining and order some burgers. You can compose your own burger which was quite fun to do. It was the best burger wehad in our life...I wasn’t expecting to experience that in the Dominican Republic! The pool area is much appreciated, even if the number of sun-chairs is quite limited. They also offer tasty and good value snacks. The breakfast was good, nothing exceptional for intercontinental... I’ve experienced better like in the Intercontinental Hanoi. Something to improve would be to offer better quality tea in the room and at the breakfast. We didn’t have the chance to try their massages at the spa as it was fully booked.

Food and staff was great and helpful, they knew exactly what celiacs was and the Gluten free pasta was awesome.... the gluten free pizza crust was just okay and I've had much better but it doesn't take away from how good everything else was.... So overall satisfying for people with celiacs disease.. And VERY satisfying for any one else!. I would definitely be back to try the regular pizzas they look spectacular!!!!

What I believe is one of the newer grand hotels in Santo Domingo, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. From welcome to despedida, I felt like I was their only focus. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. I also had a great view. The breakfast was fantastic and the evening Happy Hour in the lounge was great. I look forward to staying here again. UPDATE: I stayed again on a return business engagement and stand by my first posting. Very comfortable and spacious. Great location for local shopping.
