We know luxury... and we love this offbeat place where the cuisine and products are excellent. Every time we come to Madeira, it's our pilgrimage and we love eating there although the wait to be served is a little long and the building is a little old... But it's an opportunity to appreciate the wild corner of the Island. Fortunately, not everything is sanitized by mass tourism. Service: Dine in View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Miradouro Da Portela:
A bucket of bleach worked miracles in this establishment. Toilet smells like piss even before opening the door. No water in the taps to flush... . Very weak and hot panache. Owner who has lost interest in his profession, as he does not show empathy or interest in people or in his own business. I think it is in dire need of cleaning as I think it has not been cleaned with disinfectant for years. Owner needs to renovat... View all feedback.
Most people seem to come for coffee not without reason... Not recommended for eating. Fries half raw, soaked in fat. Price performance is not right. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
Nice restaurant in a more old-fashioned style. Meat skewers in the wood-fired oven taste great. Great value for money.
