a really louder place, not because of people or the neighboring (surco), but for the furniture choices and audio devices. I tested with an app and it was just under the level found in airports. we went as a family and ask varied Peruvian dishes. my sohn asked for the specificity lomo saldo la preferida we could not even see if they use it reis. it seemed like a rißotto with quinua. the kocher said they only use rice....
