Pizzeria L'incontro

We spent 2 days in Santiago Spain and found this authentic Italian restaurant! The food and service were for the first time so excellent that we came back a second night. We all ordered different things both nights and all were delicious! The waiting staff immediately recognized us and we were greeted like family. Do not miss this excellent restaurant super near the cathedral, it is not disappointed!

We found this Italian restaurant gemstone during the walk in the medieval center of Santiago. As an Italian we can guarantee that this restaurant and staff are really Italian, unlike many fake Italian restaurants today. Some employees were originally from Puglia where we came and it was nice to have a nice chat with them. The food is really great, including pizzas, and the restaurant is also affordable and tailored to all budgets. No one urged us to buy more drinks/food and we really felt comfortable and welcomed. Very recommended!!!

I just went to the pizza and I'm just fine. The desert, I think is between the best I tried in town. Chocolate cowland with a kind of orange or maybe Clementine ice cream. I really loved the combination.

After a reflection on my trip on the Camino. This is literally my favorite restaurant on the planet. I admit I was only in four different countries. Best pizza ever, and pizza is my favorite food. The staff is amazing, the atmosphere is beautiful. Even the homemade Sangria cannot be beaten. And just a few steps away from some amazing Italian Gelato for Dessert.

Amazing! We are two Erasmus students and this place is very affordable with delicious food. The staff are very friendly and make you instantly feel at home. Highly recommend!
