Pinkberry - Santiago

I was disappointed during my last visit to this restaurant, but I decided to give it another chance because I love their ice cream. I noticed that there were new staff members who brought a fresh atmosphere to the place. The service was excellent and the flavors of the ice cream were delicious. I highly recommend it. The gentleman and the lady who served me today were very attentive. Overall, I would give it a 7 out of 10.

I ordered several flavors of ice cream at the restaurant and was initially disappointed to find that they only had biscuits and cream, nutella-hazelnut, chocolate, and mango flavors. However, I ended up trying the cookies and cream and nutella-hazelnut flavors, and they were delicious. I will definitely be returning to try more flavors at Pinkberry again. I rate it four stars!

I absolutely adore the top-notch frozen yogurt in Santiago! It would be even better if they added more flavors.

At the new Mall Los Dominicos store, they offer a limited variety of toppings and many of the containers were empty. The quality-price ratio is not good.

We found the staff's attitude very disappointing when it came to explaining the ordering system and addressing the questions of a first-time customer.
