Niu Sushi - Santiago

All very rich, as in all the niu premises, but the wait and service end up taking away many points. I wish they could improve to make the visit more pleasant

Niu sushi doesn't fail me, and this place certainly doesn't. I like much more than that of Lyon because it's wider and ventilated, although still you're cold if you eat inside. We asked for rolls that we had never tried and we all liked, except for the octopus, because the sauce was too steep, but it wasn't incomplicable either. Very good attention, and flavors also, as always.

Good and kind, but slow attention. Although it stands out for having a varied cuisine, the Niu is one of those sushi bar that prefers to be discreet and blunt, excellent and challenging. They fall a bit in the common place of quantity versus quality, but they are a very good reference if it is a variety.

As for food, excellent, very rich, well prepared dishes. As for attention, it is very slow, to visit it you have to go willing to a slow attention, the delivery of this is extremely slow and even in several occations are wrong in orders.

Definitely delicious!! nothing to envy not even try to eat sushis elsewhere. 'Niu sushi Bar Delivery' They have my preference 100% with the delicacy with which they prepare everything.
