wow! the steaks here are very good. I ordered and ate the bife de chorizo a la pobre. it was a 500 gram cut of juicy and delicate bark. boiled to a perfect medium rare. it was too much to eat, and it was a case of “my eyes were bigger than my stomach” but damned. Very well grilled steak from beef. I have tried Lomo liso de lo pobre. You really have to have an experience in order to prepare food like this, and they have it for sure.
