Was User at Ponti Oscuri La Hostaria a mag?
We found it through tripadvisor, we tried starters, pasta and main dishes. Everything was great. Home made pasta (delicious boar ragu), home made galantina (typical local dish), great pollo alla pottacchio. Also the bill was a very nice surprise!!! View all feedback.

We went first on a Sunday eve and found the food so extraordinary we had to go back, and so we did. Honestly the best sous vide rendition of porc I've had in my life. Service was superb. A diamond in the rough.
Was at Ponti oscuri in 2015 when owners were different. It was good at the time but now with Chef Erik Lorenzo, the new owners, the quality and variety of the their cuisine has reached the highest levels. The hostary is small and cosy but would need a livelier decoration (very minor issue). Dinner was superb from the creative antipasto salad to the pastas and meats (also vegetarian) ending with an unbelievable desert: a Moscow mule gel......great San Giovese house wine and wine list. A MUST go place!

We were between Porto San Giorgio and Porto Sant'Elpidio for outlet shopping, and decided to Sant'Elpidio a Mare for a stroll and possibly early dinner. The only place which drew our eye was Ponti Oscuri as they had a menu board outside as well as a couple of tables. We entered and found the dining room in pastel colours was very inviting and the reception welcoming. After being seated in the corner, we looked at the menu again, and were delighted to see salad choices, which was just what we wanted. We ordered the grilled chicken salad, olive ascolane, fritto misto, half litre of Passerina from Montelparo and mineral water. The food was very good and the ambience was relaxing. The bill for 2 came to 29.50 Euro. As we forgot some sunglasses there, we returned for lunch the next day, having some fresh pasta dishes and a delicious dessert, finishing with coffee. The bill was 34 Euro. Highly recommend this good value osteria, with professional staff and spotless environment.
A very experience. Warm welcome by the owner, a very nice lady and her daughter. The pastas and gnocchi are all home made and exquisitly seasoned with a variety of sauces. The day before we discovered this little hidden gems she had won an award for her gnocchi (see picture). The meats were excellent and same with the variety of veggies. good deserts. Very good house wine and list.
