Today, I arrived at 11:30 am on a Sunday, and the sign and website indicate they should be open from 9 am to 8 pm. However, the doors were locked even though an employee was inside. I'm officially done with this location.

I arrived at 6 PM, with plenty of time before their 10 PM closing time, hoping to order 6 sandwiches. Instead, I was told by Elizabeth that they would be closing early. Although I mentioned I had been there until 11 before, she still seemed uninterested. While she did make my sandwiches, I noticed that I was overcharged. When I brought it to her attention, she dismissed it, claiming it was the computer’s fault. She kept asking if I was upset with her, which felt very immature. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this location.
