(I... read more Slowest service I've ever experienced at any Panera. Placed a mobile order. Waited in the parking lot for 10+minutes waiting for my order to be brought out. (I was unable to go inside because of small kids in the car. I attempted to call the location, butnobody answered the phone. I went through the drive through and waited an additional 20+ minutes to receive the one item Iordered. I was told twice my order wasn't ready, despite receiving the notification that the order was ready. Second experiencewith a mobile curb side pick up at this location, and both experiences were awful.

But the service was fantastic the person gave us a full refund for the drinks and cleaned the drink hoppers right away. They didn't waste any timefixing the issue!

Furthermore, the broccoli cheddar soup was thin and tasteless. We ended up spending over $30 for lunch for two and left feeling unsatisfied. I’m puzzled by how this restaurant remains in business. On a brighter note, there were accessible parking spaces conveniently located right in front of the restaurant.

My husband's meal was decent, but he requested an apple as a side and instead received chips and a dry pickle. Overall, everything was just okay. We didn't order drinks and shared a pastry, and our total came to around $36 for the two of us, which felt overpriced for what we received. I'm not sure if we'll return.
