The Black Friday $10 deal was NOT applied when I brought it to the attention of the on-duty manager, I was told to report it to ?management? online. Well, good luck with that! It?s nt worth my time to try track down a manager to help me deal with their on-line issue.I really like their food, but wont bother ordering on-line again

That being said, however, I must say that for the past month, t... read more Epic Wings has amazing food, beer and customer service!!! I love the employees here in Santee!!. That being said, however, I must say that for the past month, the AC has been broken! With temperatures of 95-105 outside, that is NOT OKAY! A group ofbuddies and I are regulars here...sometimes twice or more a week, and the temperature in the dining room is the only downfall! Icertainly hope that the AC in the kitchen is working better, and the employees aren't having to work in even hotterenvironments. Sweat in food does not sound appetizing at al, so I'll choose to believe they must be cooler. Lucky for EpicWings, my buddies and I HATE Buffalo Wild Wings! Next week is the beginning of football season....a very busy time for thislocation...might I suggest getting the AC in working condition by then? Still love you guys, but disappointed. Btw, you haveamazing employees!!!
