Dois Petiscos - Santarém

Four of us had a delicious meal at the end of a 30 km walk from Azambuja. The food is of a very high quality with an imaginative menu and an excellent selection of wine. At the end of the meal we were offered a liqueur. We have traveled the world and were offered many such after dinner drinks often free or at least at a reasonable local price. Only one of us took what was just as good as the drink was charged at £20, which was an essential part of the bill. We were just glad we didn't all have the drink!!

I chose a main dish and took a bite and complained that was tasteless, the fish was dry and the vegetables were boiled. The cook came to the table and asked me in an arrogant way why I didn't like the dish that I answered with some reasons, as before when the cook asked me if I wanted to change to another dish. I agreed and asked for a completely different court. When the bill came, they paid me half of the returned plate and the other dish I ordered. I think that's terrible and bad. Never go back nor recommend this restaurant!

Wow. Large small plates. Beautiful rooftop near the cathedral. Classic updated. Very good service and fair prices. Parking nearby.

Every time we go to the north of Portugal or return, this restaurant is a mandatory stop for us. Amazing author food made with excellent, high quality ingredients. The waiters are really friendly and the restaurant has really nice environment. We love every dish we taste from this restaurant. A mandatory place to have dinner or lunch.

On a business trip, 3 of us ate here. The food was excellent. And the staff were as good. The waiters were so knowledgeable. This is what sets this restaurant apart from 99% of others. As well as exceptional food.
