fashionable place, average prices, very clean. friendly staff but not very attentive. I had to ask several times 2 dishes that had been jumped from the initial order. the portions are abundant, the service is fast enough. There is not much vegetarian choice. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Hokkaido:
we stayed here in July, sushi not excellent but what I really did not bear was to dine, on the veranda, with dirty glasses of excrement of pigeons, and dishes that never arrived! after repeating it 3 times to the waiters, with answer now comes, and having waited an hour I had to go to the room manager to have a uramaki to the strawberry and other dishes have never arrived. I haven't gone for a long time for biblical waiting times between one dish and the other, the last time I went there for a birthday and I have to say that it became great! Hand-made staff available, well-stocked menu. I'll be right back.
Really good. The quickest service I've ever tried. the quality of food is very good and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
For quality and variety of food perhaps one of the best sushi in the area. the problem is the service. the first dishes arrive after 30 seconds, then via intermittent 2-3 dishes every 10 minutes. without even realizing it you still have to finish eating and you've been in for 2 hours. Also very often they forget to bring you something or they just miss the order. sin, so much potential wasted in a service well below the average. improve that and you will be top:
We came to have a family lunch happy to eat sushi. we had been advised by friends so we thought we were going on safe. Unfortunately because of the waiters the service was the worst. we had to ask several times the soy sauce the bowls cutlery and there were brought not only after the ordered courses but to scaglioni. I wouldn't be back.
Extremely negative experience. besides waiting for more than an hour to start eating, the food was not up to the waiting. uramaki acceptable, but sashimi and really bad chirashi, not to mention the salmon carpaccio that has stocked both me and my wife. really many people in the premises, with inexperienced waiters trying to do their best but who continually miss the tables numbers. spent 55 euros in two having only drunk water in practice, so also averagely expensive as all u can eat. I don't give a star just because of the young staff who surely has a lot to do from a point of view of the experience, and however they put the smile and the good education to apologize. I don't think we're coming back.
