I attended a conference in Salt Lake City and Papa Stew catered the event. The theme was Soul Food/Southern cooking and it was very well done! Usually, at such events, the chicken is dried out and bland but Papa Stew's was so tender and flavorful, plus homemade BBQ sauces including a spicy version! I was so impressed I made sure to get his card so he could cater some of my events. View all feedback.
I recently attended a conference in Salt Lake City where Papa Stew catered the event. The theme was Soul Food and Southern cooking, and they executed it beautifully! Typically, at such events, the chicken tends to be dry and tasteless, but Papa Stew's chicken was incredibly tender and full of flavor. They even offered homemade BBQ sauces, including a spicy option! I was so impressed that I made sure to grab his card so I could have him cater some of my future events.
