Dairy Queen - Santaquin

Natalie, the worker in the lobby, was absolutely incredible! She was always smiling and exuded kindness. She treated my family with such warmth and provided outstanding customer service. I truly appreciated her friendly demeanor!

It’s not a bad place overall. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the French fries are, so I highly recommend them for anyone visiting. I ordered the Flamethrower Burger (which comes with bacon, pepper jack cheese, and Sriracha sauce), and it was pretty good, although the hamburger meat tasted more like breakfast sausage, which I’m not a fan of. My cousin had the chicken tenders, and they were surprisingly small for the $7 he paid. The Reese’s Oreo Blizzard was decent – not very flavorful, but still enjoyable. Overall, it’s not bad, but there’s definitely room for improvement. We did have to wait a bit for our order in the drive-thru, but I was glad to see they still do the upside-down test for the Blizzards!

Every time I’ve ordered a Blizzard from this location, it has come out too melted. It’s the only Dairy Queen I’ve visited that doesn’t turn the cup upside down before handing it over, which I always thought was unnecessary, but now I understand why they do it. To be fair, the girl did flip it in the driveway, but a few drops still spilled out. I've had too many disappointing experiences in a row, so I don't think I’ll be coming back.

We ordered a banana split and it was all melted. There were barely any toppings on it and no chocolate syrup or whipped cream at all. They should call it banana soup. It totally sucked.

This Dairy Queen was nice. It was clean and we got our food pretty quickly. The cashier was helpful with good recommendations and the treats that we got were super tasty.
