Takes FOREVER!!!!! I CANT BELIEVE IT! 45 MINUTES TO GET MY ORDER

If you’re going to charge the prices you do for fast food now days the least you could do is make sure the food is warm. We went up for a couple hamburgers, and ended up putting them in the microwave after we got home. Very disappointing. My husband only ate half of his, and threw the rest away. Needed to say, we won’t be going back there for food. Maybe an ice cream cone will be the only choice. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

We frequent the one in maceys but it's always been great! Delicious food, shakes and staff is friendly. They really try to make sure you have a positive experience and enjoy your food.

Was going to go eat here today. Went to the bathroom before going to order food. As I was washing my hands a girl walked out the bathroom and didn't wash her hands. Walked out the same time she did and started walking to article circle. That girl walked behind the counter, she worked there. I found this absolutely disgusting. I've worked in the food industry and when your serving, prepping, and making food. You NEED to wash your hands. So gross!!! Will never be eating here again.

I love supporting Santaquin businesses and have given this location many chances to “get it right”. Every time I go the food is cold, the cheese isn’t melted, and the wait times are odd considering the low amount of customers. I love Arctic Circle, but this location needs help.
