The Chinese restaurant Dun Huang is AMAZING! I'm here almost every time I come to San Salvador. The food is excellent and the best and most authentic Asian food I had in the country. Viky and her husband (the cook) are very interesting characters and always take care of us. I would recommend: Fried Rice, beef with Broccoli, Spring Rolls and a Fanta orange.
