A real shame, I never go again, they delayed the food for almost 2 hours, the drink for half an hour to bring it, we asked for the bill and they delayed getting the food out, after all that they charged us for the drinks. We went with children and they still did NOT have the decency to let them come in to play because of the delay. LOUSY!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Holiday coinciding with the Oktoberfest, very few waiters for the number of people who run the place starting because there is no designated one to guide and organize you. We had to leave because we weren't receiving attention and I think the same thing happened to other people. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We were 6 people, with a girl and a pregnant woman. We were there for 1:30 a.m. and they didn't bring us food, only drinks. When we asked for the bill for the drink they also delayed because they wanted to bring us the food. Several tables left just like us and those next to us told us how horrible the food was (with hair included). Appalling. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

3 tables left without dinner, with a two-hour wait. You go out to eat to have a good time and we find children crying from hunger and exhaustion, as was the case with my daughter. Because if you sit down at 9 p.m., they won 't be there at 11 p.m. as if nothing had happened. And having a space designed for them, they could have easily invited us to make them play without charging the entrance fee for Divertilandia.
