We had a wonderful time, outdoors but shaded. I had not been to the new location and was very pleased with the interior design, the professionalism of staff and tastiness of food. Wouldn't expect anything less from a Stark restaurant View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Willi's Wine:
I was as excited to hear of Wily’s reopening as I was disappointed in the new, and definitely not better Willy’s. Willy’s is dead and gone. Entirely different atmosphere, no longer a “wine dining spot, totally wrong feel, food was mediocre and we tried a lot since we thought Willy’s was back. Filet Sliders, Halibut minimal flavor. Best meal we've had whilst travelling around california. Found this little gem on tripadvisor, booked a table online which was ready for us on arrival. Chose to sit outside on the heated patio which was lovely and warm. Fantastic selection of wines (also do cocktails and beers but didn't try these). Chose 5 small plates between the two of us and really enjoyed all of them. No point saying which as its personal choice but all were so nice! Hubby had the bread pudding chocolate banana and ice cream desert whilst I opted for the 3 cheeses and biscuits, both of which were great. Lovely friendly waitress who advised on selection of dishes and service was great. The biggest and best compliment I can give is that at no point did we feel rushed. At some other restaurants we have visited during our tour it's felt like you were being made to hurry up, finish your meal, pay and go. Not so here. If we found ourselves in Santa Rosa again this is the first place I would choose to go. Absolutely nothing we didn't like.

Loved sharing the small plates, and added bonus they cater to gluten free! They make little gluten free buns for the sliders, and it was so amazing my mouth is watering just thinking about them. Also gluten free dessert, creme brulee and flourless choc cake! Great ambiance, food, service. Check it out!! I take all my visiting relatives here. The ambiance is enough to be relaxing yet upscale enough to be refreshing. I've enjoyed every meal I've had there but I'm finding it too rich for my stomach lately, my age more than your food. Wish there was just one dish offered that was low key for elderly visitors, more simple. I know it will always be quality food though.
