Susan and team are the most phenomenal caterers and people to work with. They brought so much love to our wedding at every step of the planning process as well as the day of. Working with Susan and Christine was simply magical. From dietary restriction planning to day of execution, it was simply flawless. Our shared love of food and flavor was enjoyed by every guest! Sue is the best. I could stop there however I will continue but that first statement sums up who this team of next level caterers truly are. They take time to care, understand and embrace your vision. Then...they make it their own. Then they blow your mind with how perfect everything is. We selected a tasting with Trends prior to a few others for our wedding and right then we knew that Trends was going to be our vendor for our wedding. We did the traditional tasting with a chicken and a fish, both were excellent but I really wanted TACOS. My wife then said we could get a taco truck later but I really wanted TACOS for dinner. We mentioned it to Sue and she took it upon herself to make a Mexican themed menu for our guests that quite honestly was the BEST FOOD I think we've had. Nearly two months later, we are still hearing about how excellent our food was because again. Sue is literally THE BEST. If you are looking for some next level catering from someone that literally can make your wedding next level...look no further. Sue again. THE BEST. Absolutely love this company ! They are very Professional. They catered for a wedding I was at and it was absolutely amazing . The Staff were very Professional and Friendly and the Food was to die for... they were very accommodating in making me a vegan plate. Keep up the good work.!!!!

Susan and her team are the absolute best! They catered our recent June wedding. During our tasting she sat down with us, talked about the meal and made fabulous suggestions to go with the dishes we really enjoyed. She really got to know us as a couple and made us feel like a member of her family. We had a few bumps with picking out linens/glassware and Susan's ability to meet at our venue for our 3 month meeting due to weather (who knew it was going to flood right before these meetings and Susan got flooded into her home, but luckily the weather got rain out of its system before our actual wedding day). Despite this Susan was on the phone and made the bumps feel seamless! She takes amazing notes at every meeting and always comes prepared. She is responsive to emails and any changes that need to be made. And most importantly, her food is wonderful!
