Taco Bell - Santa Rosa

The restaurant consistently gets orders wrong, and the food quality is lacking. The staff seems unprofessional and often behaves in a childish manner, playing around instead of focusing on their work. The establishment is also quite messy, and there appears to be no manager on-site to address these issues. I believe it's in need of closing until improvements can be made.

The food was fresh, but some dishes lacked sufficient filling. There were paper towels in the restroom, but when an employee was informed, he promptly cleaned it up.

This is not a suitable place for children, nor is it a relaxing environment to enjoy a meal. Takeout is definitely the best choice here. They recently fired an employee who came in during his time off because the young women working there were frightened of a man who was drinking heavily in the back seating area. He was loud and disruptive, and when Nick attempted to escort him out, he ended up with a serious head injury after the drunk hit him with a vodka bottle.

Worst location I have visited! Entire place was filthy including soda station! Cashier was extremely rude as she didn't properly greet me and didn't say thank you after transaction was completed! To top it off, she didn't even give cup, lid and straw forlarge drink included in my order until I asked her! It took almost 30 mins to finally receive my order! Corporate should revoketheir franchise from places like this one!

I could've sworn on the, Bible that... They used to fold one end on All Soft Tacos. ??????? Apparently, maybe in my older age of life I'm mistaken. Without do'in this, you end up with 3/4 of the Item in your lap on the first bite. Hope that cha ain'twearing nice clothing a/o driving when thiiisss.... Happens????????????????
