Sal's In Cotati - Santa Rosa

A fantastic, wonderful jewel of a neighborhood restaurant south of Rohnert Park. Very casual and simple atmosphere, friendly staff with great service, and really, really good pizza! Crust was not too thin and not too thick, just right. Toppings are also fresh and tasty. Try the ranch it has mixed a small kick with pepper, but it is a big take on a clamp for diving the crust of pizza chicken wings! Go and try this pizzeria, you won't go wrong!

The restaurant is small, but the service is great as soon as we came in, we were greeted by waitress. We had twisted Pesto cheese, so delicious. I'd come back here. Half an opas, half meat pizza, both were great. Normally I find meat pizza either salty or fatty or both, that was not. The meat pizza was by far my favorite. All right.

Super delicious pizza. I generally like pizza on the crispy vs. doughy side, and their was absolutely perfection. If you like it, you should mention it. The Pesto sauce was incredible. You have a purchase nine and get the 10th free type promotion card, and I'm almost guaranteed to get 10 here. My only complaint is the UFC camp ended while I had pizza on my plate. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I have a great pizza. I had the wrong pizza 1/2 when I came home and she called. They helped so much and gave me the right thing the next day. It was very busy and mistakes happen, but it won't force me to go here because the pizza is amazing. Very recommend the Pesto Break Sticks.

Best pizza around! Quality ingredients, delicious. They have ranch dressing that will blow your mind...Order a jar because you will want more. Great customer service. Totally recommend ordering from them.
