I called for the order. The woman who answered had a problem getting my order right. It seemed to be a language barrier and I asked her to speak to someone else. She said I need to talk to her. Never got the order. She hung on me. I called back and she was hanging up again. Terrible customer service. I went to the port of Subs and asked me to talk to managers. They always have fresh ingredients and know my order when I come in. The employee and owners are super friendly and my sandwich is my favorite lunch. I go here before any beach day.
Excellent fast service. Food is very fresh and tasty.
The employee I talked to on the phone needs some customer service training. I could barely understand him.

I love port of subs. I'll admit a big part of it is nostalgia, but I just like the way they make sandwiches. Shredded iceberg lettuce ties it together.
