Lucha Sabina Taco Truck - Santa Rosa

Really wanted to like this place. Got a regular shrimp burrito with refried black beans and added mushrooms. Shrimp had no flavor and the burrito was very mediocre. The food is ok here, definitely not the best tacos al pastor which other folks claim. The cashier could be better, she seems so annoyed and honestly that's half the experience when you go out for a bite. I'll be trying other places at Mitote for sure but not convinced I'll be back to Lucha Sabina again.

I'm not impressed with this place. I order a Tlayuda tortilla it was hard as hell no flavor is it was $22.00. The only thing you pay is for the experience at the place but for food, you are not paying for the best culinary flavors. I don't recommend you will be very disappointed as I'm. The customer service is horrible. Good luck I will never come back to this place.

I finally made it to the Mitote Food Park and it was hopping on this Friday afternoon. I checked out the available options and decided on Lucia Sabina. I ordered 4 street tacos including mushroom, pork belly, shrimp and asada. The bucha (pork belly was the clear winner with bits of juicy, crispy pork. I loved the grilled jalapeño and onions that came on the plate. All the items were fresh and delicious.
