La Tortilla Factory Inc - Santa Rosa

I bought La Tortilla Factory Organic, Non-GMO Tortillas sometime February 2020. We went on holiday in March and when we came back, Tortillas looked great. If they were organic, non-GMO, would they have had some kind of mold? It is now September 2020, and still no form. Something's wrong. Doesn't sound very organic for me.

Good place, loaded me before appointment time, if you come in the night could park on the business next to them. Would be nice if they have parking.

Emailed company via their website (twice) no reply . Tried calling for 2 days get voice mails. Had to resort to this post. Have been a long time customer (back in the Costco days when they sold to them) Red Flag!! Costco no longer deals with them. My initial complaint was that their new packaging makes all the tortillas stick together! We've taken a butter knife (doesn't work) try to separate carefully (doesn't work) I will add pictures if this will allow me to at the end. Don't waste your money. If you just want a bite size piece if a tortilla then this is for you. If you like throwing your money away then these tortilla are for you. If you want a taco or burrito or quesadilla ...STAY AWAY! Poor customer service to boot. What's really in their product? Makes you wonder due to the lack of their integrity.

I'm from East Houston Texas and tortillas are very important to me. When I had to cut the gluten, giving up flour tortillas was THE hardest part. My mother found your tortillas in Houston and I have to say, not only is this the best gluten free product I"ve ever tasted, but quite simply, the best flour tortilla I've ever had period! Hope I can find them in Missouri!
