What User doesn't like about Franchettis' Gasthaus Biergarten:
There is nothing authentic about food here. The closest thing to German food is patato salad. Chicken schnitzel my daughter ordered arrived black and that after waiter apologized that her food would be late since they redoing it. They did no such thing. Only delivered it blackened with a minute of delay My Wiener schnitzel had nothing in common with veal based meal of that name. Do not make this mistake. Fries where... View all feedback.
Hidden gem Tucked behind a busy street. This restaurant is perfect for breakfast or brunch. I ordered Bauernfrühstück Or call it a Hash fingerling and sweet potatoes, roasted carrots, bell peppers, sweet roasted onions, mushrooms and Spinach, one egg sunny side up! ADD corned beef, chicken, bacon, mozzarella $1each. I have to admit that the food was plated well and it was delicious. It had a little bit of everything with every bite. Great place for going solo or with your crew.
It was good. Excellent service, great beer and Brezel appetizer. Dinner was okay. My chicken carving was very fat and hard. My partner ordered the house of Brats, and they came with the wrong two sides. He didn't complain or I'm sure they'd fix it. Try it again for Italian food or simply with Happy Hour menu.
Exceeded expectations! Our German friends brought us here and we are thankful they did. Spacious and pleasant indoor and outdoor seating. Very friendly and helpful staff and hostess. Good selection and quality of cocktails, wine and beers. Food is excellent and of homemade quality. Generous portions. Apple strudel is not to miss. We left this restaurant thinking of when we will come here again. Highly recommend.
Excellent food in a modern, casual setting. German Italian food on the menu. The buratta, strawberry, focaccia appetizer was amazing! Beer wine and cocktails too. Indoor and outdoor seating.
If you?re in the mood for some German food, then this is the place to go. it has improved many years. eating is unique and delicious. their sausages and meat dew sandwiches are to die! the appetizers are all good, but the only problem is their carvings are all overdue. many good dessert options here
