The burgers are delicious and the customer service is excellent. The food is super fresh and the place is really clean. One time we were ordering a burger as well as some food from Panda Express next door. The guy from Char Burger brought us our food while we were in line at Panda. Food is okay, but I was expecting a little more from a place that makes each order as it comes up. They take forever, and with seven people working it shouldn't take 30 minutes to make a simple burger and then forget the fries. I work at the mall and I didnt even have time to eat my food because my entire break was spent waiting for the food while the employees chatted. View all feedback.
